Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PawPlanr™ ("the Service"), operated by Ourly LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PawPlanr provides cloud-based scheduling, client management, and payment processing tools for pet service businesses including grooming, boarding, daycare, and training.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

PawPlanr offers subscription plans billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

We offer a free trial period for new accounts. No payment is required during the trial.

5. Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By using our payment features, you also agree to Stripe's Services Agreement. Ourly LLC is not responsible for Stripe's processing fees or service availability.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your business data, client lists, or appointment records. Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ourly LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
