PawPlanr™ is a product of Ourly LLC, a company registered in the state of Ohio. When this policy refers to "we," "us," or "our," it means Ourly LLC.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, set up your business profile, or book appointments. This includes:

  • Name, email address, and phone number
  • Business name, address, and operating hours
  • Pet information (name, breed, weight, temperament notes)
  • Appointment and booking history
  • Payment information (processed securely through Stripe)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and improve our scheduling and business management services
  • Send appointment reminders and notifications (SMS and email)
  • Process payments and generate invoices
  • Provide customer support
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe — for secure payment processing
  • Twilio — for SMS appointment reminders
  • Resend — for transactional email delivery

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

5. SMS Communications

When you provide your phone number and opt in during the booking process, we may send you SMS messages for:

  • Transactional messages — appointment reminders, booking confirmations, cancellation notices, and schedule changes
  • Marketing messages — promotions, special offers, and service updates (only if you opted in separately)

Message frequency

Transactional messages are sent based on your appointment activity (typically 1-3 per appointment). Marketing messages are limited to 4 per month per business.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any SMS message to opt out of all messages from that business. Reply HELP for support information. You can also contact support@pawplanr.com to manage your preferences.

Costs

Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. PawPlanr does not charge for receiving SMS messages.

Data collected via SMS

We store your phone number, consent status, message delivery status, and conversation history. This data is retained as long as you have an active relationship with the business and for a reasonable period after for legal compliance. Consent records are retained indefinitely as required by TCPA regulations.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication via Supabase, and PCI-compliant payment processing through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@pawplanr.com.
